The daybed was positioned and mounting points laid out. 2 Steel fireplace box plates were picked up in Oldfield and delivered to the site and installed in the fireplaces. Gas log installation is scheduled for Monday. Cabinet hardware was being installed in the kitchen. The main house foyer was painted. The foyer floor protection was removed and the floor cleaned. YRP was contacted they will not set service yard equipment till Monday and they will schedule their final inspection for Dec 7-8.

Sneddon Daily Site Report November 11-17 2009 The following report is entered due to networking difficulties experience during 11-17th of November. Interior painting is on going and the majority of the work is expected to be completed by Thursday. Perm Service inspection was passed and SCEG was on site to install main feeders and meter. Gas line finishing work was underway and is expected to be completed on Thursday. Water supply and sewer lines are installed through out. Water is being run through all fixtures. All appliances have been installed and testing is underway. HVAC units were being installed, unit installation is nearing completion and testing is expected to begin on Wednesday. All handrails have been installed faux finishing is remaining on the interior rail. The exterior gas light fixtures were installed we are still waiting on the light post to provide the last fixture. The rush delivery of cobble stone arrived. Paul Miller of the Palmetto Bluff Design Review Board as approved the driveway change and service yard changes. The generator was set on the service yard pad. The swinging day bed location was approved by the Sneddons. Gas meter installation has been scheduled for Wednesday.

The beam leveled over to the front of the garage at the height would cause conflict with the garage windows. The beam height at the main house should be installed at 8’ 3” to avoid conflict. Site Meeting Minutes Via Nathan All, We have meeting on the site today to verify some mechanical requirement for coding and to verify scope of work and pricing: Audio System: The Sneddon described a very simple system with rooms pre- wired by not devised out. Joe with CCS with provide a proposal based on the discussions. Generator: Gary and Ed with CCS described and reviewed the generator panel schedule with the Sneddons. There was a concern that the current loads would require two panels. After reviewing the panel schedule and their current needs, it was determined that having air conditioning in the main living room was not needed in an emergency situation. By removing this very substantial load, they now can have most every need satisfied. Air conditioning for the master suite, 1st floor general lighting, all refrigeration and freezer needs, Lutron power and dedicated outlets for TV, computer and other communication devices. Ed with CCS will provide a proposal from a Cummings Dealer. CCS prefers their better service record after the sale. David agreed that the service was important and that he was unhappy with his current company. Location of Pool control panel The Jandi Pool Control panel was located on the exterior wall of the master bedroom between the two French doors. The panel will be mounted above the Lutron Keypad. Tim confirmed that a conduit could be installed. Location of the Gas Lanterns The 2 gas lanterns on the front of the house will be on either side of the front door, mounted on the pilasters and between the third and fourth hinge vertically. On the back of the house, 4 lanterns will be centered between the exterior doors and between the third and fourth hinge vertically. A seventh lantern will be mounted between the two french doors into the master suite and between the third and fourth hinge vertically. The meeting broke and we are now awaiting two proposals from CCS.
