Executive Biography

Duane Constantino derives his expertise as a master builder from a combination of experience and education. He majored in architecture and environmental science at the University of Washington, Seattle.

He apprenticed with local woodworkers and homebuilders in the Northwest, focusing on remodeling and fine woodworking. He owned and operated a general contracting firm in western Alaska for five years where he designed and built some of the first custom homes. Duane also coordinated the construction of professional complexes and other commercial work at the peak of the business with only 22 employees and no subcontractors.

Duane started Bay 10 Ventures 16 years ago on Hilton Head Island where he has earned a reputation for detailed, quality craftsmanship, integrity and unrelenting high standards. He has learned and mastered every trade crucial to the homebuilding process. His global vision of the homebuilding process lends to his great success with coordinating and overseeing the trades, and inspiring people to do their best.
